Each of our Triple rooms provide a comfortable and versatile space offering one double bed & one single bed, complete with crisp white linen, private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and flat screen television

Full Porterage and Complimentary WiFi is available in all our bedrooms and we remain at your disposal to include anything further you may need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Bed configuration is made up of one double bed & one single bed.

 

Triple Room for three occupants comes with all essential amenities including:

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY NON AC   - 2200 INCLUSIVE GST

EXTRA PERSON   - 400 INCLUSIVE GST

All our guest rooms are equipped with a desk, super-fast Wi-Fi and

everything else you might need when working away from the office.

Additionally, we also buy foods, that guest requests from four nearby hotels(lots of food choices)

and deliver it to guest rooms.

LODGING RULES & POLICIES

  1. Minimum check-in age is 18 years.

  2. 24 hours check-in/check-out.  All guests lodging must compulsorily provide ID proof.

  3. Children are welcome. Kids stay free up to 10 years old. Up to 2 children stay free when using existing bedding.

  4. Extra bed can be provided with a folding mattress, subject to room size & availability. Cost ₹ 400 inclusive GST

  5. Unmarried Couples are not welcome. KPM Residency reserves the right to decline accommodation to Unmarried Couples/ localities/same city residents. This is at the full discretion of the management. No refund would be applicable in case KPM Residency denies check-in under such circumstances.

  6.  Smoking and alcohol consumption is not allowed.

  7.  Take care of your belongings. Management will not accept responsibility for any loss of monies or valuables left in the room.

  8. Full advance is compulsory for reservation confirmation. No Token Advance will be accepted for group bookings/advance bookings. Booking time agreed during reservation, will be the check-in time for advance reservations.

  9.  NO RESTAURANT HERE, only lodging(accommodation) service here.

  10. Outside visitors are not allowed to GUEST room.

  11. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms for safety reasons

  12. Security Deposit of ₹ 1000 will be collected at check-in per room.
